1. MIS ARADOS MEXICAN RESTAURANT

Fajitas Texas.

Our hands-down winner, which got over twice as many votes of any other restaurant on the list, is Mis Arados. Being one of Sparta's longest standing restaurants, you'll be hard pressed to find a local who doesn't recommend Mis Arados.

This family owned restaurant offers an extensive menu that is sure to please any appetite. Their chips and salsa are made fresh every day - but beware - once you try theirs, all others will pale in comparison. They have an impressive lunch menu, with many options under $5. Mis Arados also serves delicious margaritas, cold beer, and yummy desserts. If you only have time to eat at one place during your trip to Sparta (we hope you'll stay much longer than that), locals agree this is the one!
